Who is responsible

What we collect

Identification and contact details such as your name, address, email address and phone number; payment references; the products you order and your preferences; questions, complaints and feedback; data you share through the website and the shop; and technical data such as IP address and pages visited.

The contents of your cart stay in your own browser until you place an order. Saved scores stay in your browser too, unless you create an account: then we keep them with your name, email address, password (stored encrypted) and the details you fill in, so you have them on every device. You can delete your account at any time under My account.

Why we use it

To conclude and carry out your order, including invoicing and delivery; to improve our products, website and shop; and, only when you asked for it, to send you our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with partners we need to deliver your order, such as the payment provider and the postal service, under agreements that protect your data, or when the law requires it. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw your consent and ask for your data to be transferred. Contact info@goldenrivermusic.be.

You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

Security, retention and minors

We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and payments are always encrypted. We keep data no longer than needed for its purpose and our legal obligations. We do not knowingly process data of minors without the consent of a parent or guardian.
