Delivery and returns
E-scores
You can download E-scores right after payment, from the confirmation page and from the link in your confirmation email. For ensemble works you receive the full score and all parts. E-scores cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Printed scores
Orders are processed straight away. Most titles are in stock and leave our warehouse by post (bpost) within two working days. If a title is not in stock, we email you within three days with the expected delivery date. In rare cases, such as a reprint, this can take a few weeks.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination. E-score only orders have no shipping costs. Pick-up in Dendermonde is possible by appointment.
Returns
You may return printed scores within 14 days of delivery, complete, unused and in their original packaging. Scores that show signs of use or copying, opened software or media and digital sheet music cannot be returned. Contact info@goldenrivermusic.be before sending anything back.
Printing errors or damage
Received a damaged copy or a printing error? We replace it free of charge. Just let us know.
